Do you have a physical shop?
Yes and no. 
We are currently renovating and will be opening a new retail space in early 2025.
Follow on tiktok, instagram and facebook to stay up to date with the progress. 

Do you post worldwide? 
Have you seen the price of international post?!?!? It's crazy!!
Yes, we do also post to New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada during our winter, however, be warned, the prices can be quite hefty, especially once the parcel hits 1kg. 

HELP! I ordered the wrong item!
Don't stress, we've got you. As long as we haven't shipped the item, we can change your order or refund any or some of your items. Just let us know asap so we don't post it off to you, as we can't get it back once it's left. 

Can I choose what I want in a Pick & Mix?
Absolutely! What would a pick & mix bar be if we didn't let you pick your favourites! 

Can I choose what I want in a "Selections" Bag? 
You can choose if you'd like sweet, sour, a mix of both or a theme. If you have anything you really really really don't like, leave a comment in the note section and we'll do our best to leave it out. But other than that, it's a bit of a mystery! If you want to pick the lollies in your pick & mix, head on over to the "You pick, we mix" range. 

Do you have chocolate?
Yes, and we post it all year round! 
During the warmer months, choccies, marshmallows, fudge and chews are packed with ice and insulated bubble wrap to help them reach you in the exact condition they left here in. Express post is also used. However, if you live in an area that is notoriously hot or takes more than a couple of days for express parcels to arrive, please take these extreme conditions into consideration before ordering. 

Do you have Gluten Free, Vegan or Halal? 
Yes, some of our products are labeled from the supplier as gluten free, vegan or halal. But please, always check the ingredients. 
EXTRA GLUTEN INFO: All our pick & mix lollies are packed in the same area so please bear this in mind when ordering.  We also use packing peanuts in most of our boxes when packing your parcel for delivery. 

Peanut Allergy? 
Our pick and mix lollies are packed in the same area as our Peanut products are. While the area is specifically cleaned before handling peanuts, we cannot guarantee there will not be some contamination as they are prepared in the same area. As some allergies are life threatening, we would rather you be safe and err on the side of caution.

Why do you need my address, phone number & email?
Don't worry, we hate spammers and telemarketers as much as you do. Your address is needed for delivery, as is your phone number. Your email is needed for confirmations and communications. If there is an issue or question about your order, we will also try to reach out to you via email (so we don't interrupt your day), or phone if we can't get in touch. 

My order doesn't look like the photo.
Especially when it comes to the pick & mix bags, your order will almost 100% vary to what is pictured. Quantities & flavours aren't guaranteed, but we do try and give you a nice variety. Sometimes, colours may appear different in real life compared to the screen.

I have received an item in my pick & mix that I didn't order.
Sometimes we do run out of a variety and will substitute instead of cancelling your whole order. We may switch it out for something similar or leave it out and add extras of your other choices instead. 

I don't like the lollies I bought, can I get a refund?
Head on over to our Refunds & Returns page for full details but in short, if the package is opened and you realise you don't like a particular lolly, we are unable to refund.
